International Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs processing)

Ebook/Literature: Download is provided via email and by site link immediately after purchase.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through the platform where you placed your order (e.g., TikTok Shop). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Cosmic Wellness Botanical Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.
